Shipping is calculated once your order is finalized.

For Growing Dome Kits, we require 50% deposit to reserve a shipment date, and will collect the remaining balance upon delivery of the kit. Purchasers planning for permitting or funding processes may secure current pricing with a 10% deposit on the dome kit. This pricing is valid provided that shipment is completed within four (4) months of the deposit date. The initial 10% deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to the Purchaser submitting the additional 40% production deposit.
If delivery does not occur within the four-month period:
Payments may be made by check, wire transfer, ACH, electronic check, or major credit/debit card.
Shipping / delivery, crating, and handling charges are not included in the base price of your kit. Local sales taxes apply for pick-ups, all Colorado residents, and certain states.
Sales taxes will be calculated and applied according to each state requirements on all purchased items including dome kits, merchandise and parts.
There are certain items needed for building the Growing Dome kit that are very bulky, costly to ship, and inexpensively available at your local building supply store. These items are not included in the Growing Dome kit to help lower the final cost. Most materials are easily found at your local hardware supply store, but the sheet metal can be found at a heating & air conditioning (HVAC) or sheet metal supply store. Orders cancelled at any time are subject to a 5% restocking and processing fee, deducted from any refund due.
If the order is cancelled within 20 business days of the scheduled shipment date, an additional 5% of the full order value will be withheld (total 10%). The remaining balance will be refunded within 90 days of cancellation to allow for material reconciliation, scheduling updates, and refund processing.
Cancellations are not permitted for custom orders, defined as changes to structural design, size, or non-standard component substitutions. In practice, this means that the production deposit for a custom order will be forfeited upon cancellation. Growing Spaces will not enforce delivery for unpaid custom orders.
Exceptions may be made to the above cancellation policy when the Purchaser attempts to and is not able to receive permission from their building department or Home Owners Association (HOA) to build the Growing Dome® AND the Purchaser has not yet received the kit. A letter of denial from the Building Department or HOA must be submitted to Growing Spaces® to waive the 5% cancellation fee. But we strongly recommend obtaining your building permit and HOA approval as early as possible.
Changes to the Growing Dome® Kit and accessories ordered may not be made within 20 business days of the scheduled ship date, unless agreed upon by Growing Spaces®.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Order cancellations are permitted prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
